Items you will need:
Vegetables (carrots, potatoes, squash, etc), cut up
Extra Virgin Olive Oil (EVOO)
*fresh or dried spices
Turn your oven to 350. Get a 13×9 pan. Spray it with Pam, light coating. Place your thawed out chicken in the pan. Throw your cut up vegetables in there. Drizzle with EVOO. Sprinkle with rosemary and thyme. Bake until chicken is done, 30 mins or so. Serve.
Its really healthy and yummy. This is one of my favorite meals to make.
